Eligibility

Returns/exchanges accepted within 2 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

For hygiene reasons, certain headwear (like caps, hats, or scarves) may not eligible for return
- Note - We do not accept returns if the product is intact, hence requesting you to check the size chart before order
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at theluvoque@gmail.com with your order ID and reason with images and video of the product for return. An unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory for verification.

Pack the item securely and ship it back.

Once received, we’ll process your refund/exchange within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:
