Refund policy

At Luvoque, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason the product is damaged, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain headwear (like caps, hats, or scarves) may not eligible for return

  • Note - We do not accept returns if the product is intact, hence requesting you to check the size chart before order 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at theluvoque@gmail.com with your order ID and reason with images and video of the product for return. An unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is mandatory for verification.

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back.

  4. Once received, we’ll process your refund/exchange within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Color or design variations due to screen differences

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused after use

We reserve the right to decline a return or replacement if the above conditions are not met.
